Privacy policy
Last updated:
AirsoftDB does not require an account to view its content. We process the data needed to operate and protect the website, reply to your messages and, subject to the applicable consent choices, manage advertising through Google AdSense.
1. Data controller
The controller is Eloy Pastor Tomás, a self-employed professional and owner of AirsoftDB and airsoftdb.es.
- Professional address: Griñón (Madrid), España.
- Privacy contact: support@airsoftdb.es.
- Complete identification appears in the Legal notice.
2. Data we may process
Browsing and security data
Hosting infrastructure may record technical data such as IP address, date and time, requested URL, browser, operating system, technical identifiers and events required to detect errors, abuse or malicious access.
Replica-profile popularity
Opening a replica profile increments an aggregate counter for that replica and day. It does not store IP addresses, accounts, email addresses or visitor identifiers and is used only to rank popular content and understand general trends.
Communications and forms
If you email us or use a form, we process the contact details and content you choose to provide. Advertising requests include business and campaign details. Catalogue contributions include the replica, references, compatibility, links and explanation. Contact data is not published.
Consent and advertising
AirsoftDB uses Google AdSense and Google’s consent-management platform. Depending on your location and choices, Google and authorised providers may process IP addresses, identifiers, browser information, advertising activity and data stored or read through cookies or similar technologies.
External links
When you follow an external link, the destination may receive standard browsing data and apply its own privacy policy.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Operate and protect the service: legitimate interest in providing a secure website.
- Order popular content: legitimate interest in improving and organising the service using aggregate statistics.
- Answer enquiries and proposals: your request, consent expressed by contacting us or pre-contractual steps.
- Review catalogue contributions: consent given when submitting the form.
- Manage advertising: display and measure ads, including personalised ads where you have given the required consent.
- Meet legal obligations: respond to lawful requests and retain required information.
AirsoftDB does not make automated decisions with legal effects on visitors. Google may select or personalise ads according to your choices and its own policies.
4. Cookies and consent management
Google and advertising providers may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses or other identifiers to serve, limit, measure and personalise ads. Google’s consent platform lets you accept, reject or configure purposes and providers and later change or withdraw consent.
Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services and visit Google’s ad settings. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser, although some functions may be affected.
5. Recipients and providers
Data may be processed by providers needed to operate the service:
- Vercel: hosting, distribution and technical security.
- Neon: PostgreSQL database hosting for contributions and structured content.
- Google: AdSense, consent management, measurement and advertising.
- Resend: transactional notifications generated by AirsoftDB forms.
Data may also be disclosed to public bodies or courts where legally required. AirsoftDB does not sell the personal data it receives directly.
6. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, transfers rely on adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses or other recognised safeguards. See the Google and Vercel policies.
7. Retention
Enquiries and commercial requests are kept while they are handled and for any period required to meet responsibilities. Catalogue contributions are kept during review and, if incorporated, while their origin remains necessary to document. Contact details are removed when no longer required. Technical logs, consent choices and advertising data follow the relevant provider’s settings and legal periods. Aggregate popularity counters may be retained for historical trends because they do not identify individual visitors.
8. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability and withdraw consent at any time. Email support@airsoftdb.es and identify the right you wish to exercise. We may request essential information to verify your identity.
You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
9. Minors
The website provides technical information and does not require registration. Minors should not submit personal data by email or form without parental or guardian authorisation where required.
10. Security and changes
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, although no Internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy when the website, providers or obligations change; the current version and update date will remain published here.
