Summary

AirsoftDB does not require an account to view public content. Customer accounts are optional and process the details needed to manage addresses, billing and orders. We also process data needed to protect the website, reply to messages and, subject to consent choices, manage advertising through Google AdSense.

1. Data controller

The controller is Eloy Pastor Tomás, a self-employed professional and owner of AirsoftDB and airsoftdb.es.

2. Data we may process

Browsing and security data

Hosting infrastructure may record technical data such as IP address, date and time, requested URL, browser, operating system, technical identifiers and events required to detect errors, abuse or malicious access.

Customer account and purchases

If you register, we process your name, email, securely hashed credential, telephone number, tax details, delivery and billing addresses, and the orders linked to your account. If you choose Google sign-in, Google authenticates you and provides AirsoftDB with your Google account identifier, verified email, name and, where available, profile image; AirsoftDB never receives your Google password. Order records include products, amounts, payment and delivery status, and the address snapshots needed to fulfil and document the purchase. An online withdrawal request also records its statement, selected goods, submission and acknowledgement timestamps, workflow status and internal review notes.

Approximate location for game filters

Vercel may derive country, region, city and approximate coordinates from the public IP address. AirsoftDB uses this information during the request only to suggest an initial province in the game finder. We do not store the IP address, coordinates or suggested province in our database or in an AirsoftDB location cookie, and you can change the filter at any time. The website does not request precise GPS location.

Replica-profile popularity

Opening a replica profile increments an aggregate counter for that replica and day. It does not store IP addresses, accounts, email addresses or visitor identifiers and is used only to rank popular content and understand general trends.

Communications and forms

If you email us or use a form, we process the contact details and content you choose to provide. Catalogue contributions include the replica, references, compatibility, links and explanation. Contact data is not published.

Consent and advertising

AirsoftDB uses Google AdSense and Google’s consent-management platform. Depending on your location and choices, Google and authorised providers may process IP addresses, identifiers, browser information, advertising activity and data stored or read through cookies or similar technologies.

External links

When you follow an external link, the destination may receive standard browsing data and apply its own privacy policy.

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • Operate and protect the service: legitimate interest in providing a secure website.
  • Manage accounts and orders: registration is based on your request; address, billing and order processing are necessary for pre-contractual steps, performance of the purchase contract and applicable legal obligations.
  • Suggest nearby games: legitimate interest in making the game finder useful by applying a reversible province filter from an approximate location.
  • Order popular content: legitimate interest in improving and organising the service using aggregate statistics.
  • Answer enquiries and proposals: your request, consent expressed by contacting us or pre-contractual steps.
  • Review catalogue contributions: consent given when submitting the form.
  • Manage advertising: display and measure ads, including personalised ads where you have given the required consent.
  • Meet legal obligations: respond to lawful requests and retain required information.

AirsoftDB does not make automated decisions with legal effects on visitors. Google may select or personalise ads according to your choices and its own policies.

4. Cookies and consent management

AirsoftDB uses an essential, secure session cookie when you sign in, including after Google authentication. It is required to keep your customer account open and is not used for advertising.

Google and advertising providers may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses or other identifiers to serve, limit, measure and personalise ads. Google’s consent platform lets you accept, reject or configure purposes and providers and later change or withdraw consent.

Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services and visit Google’s ad settings. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser, although some functions may be affected.

5. Recipients and providers

Data may be processed by providers needed to operate the service:

  • Vercel: hosting, distribution and technical security.
  • Neon: PostgreSQL database hosting for accounts, orders, contributions and structured content.
  • Payment gateway: payment processing, authentication, fraud prevention and refunds.
  • Carriers and logistics providers: order delivery, tracking and returns.
  • Google: optional customer authentication, AdSense, consent management, measurement and advertising.
  • Resend: account and transactional email notifications.

Data may also be disclosed to public bodies, courts or competent authorities where legally required, including any mandatory communication relating to regulated products. AirsoftDB does not sell the personal data it receives directly.

6. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, transfers rely on adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses or other recognised safeguards. See the Google and Vercel policies.

7. Retention

Account and address data are kept while the account remains active and are later deleted or blocked subject to legal obligations. Orders, invoices and essential transaction data are retained for the tax, accounting, consumer-protection and liability periods that apply. Enquiries are kept while they are handled and for any period required to meet responsibilities. Catalogue contributions are kept during review and, if incorporated, while their origin remains necessary to document. AirsoftDB does not retain the approximate-location data used by the game filter; Vercel technical logs follow the provider’s settings and legal periods. Consent choices and advertising data follow the relevant providers’ periods. Aggregate popularity counters may be retained for historical trends because they do not identify individual visitors.

8. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability and withdraw consent at any time. Email info@airsoftdb.es and identify the right you wish to exercise. We may request essential information to verify your identity.

You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

9. Minors

Public technical content does not require registration. Minors must not create a customer account, place orders or submit personal data without parental or guardian authorisation where required.

10. Security and changes

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, although no Internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy when the website, providers or obligations change; the current version and update date will remain published here.
